Excelente el trato del personal, todo limpio.

El Wifi no era estable... se iba y no habia suficiente señal.

La tranquilidad de la zona.

Aveces demoran en abrir la puerta.

The two staff members that brought me breakfast to my room were very pleasant. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, downtown Lima is very far from this hotel. Over an hour and a half to get to downtown Lima. But, that’s not a big deal. I went during Independence Day for Peru. Monday I checked out and the people living in front of the hotel every night would jam music to the highest volume possible and not allow anyone to sleep. Also, the WiFi worked for me the 1st day and the next two days it did not connect. I asked a team member if he could turn off and re-turn on the WiFi but doesn’t seem like he did. Had to use my hotspot to get some work done on my laptop and phone.

We stay 1 night before taking a flight. The location is close to the airport and they are many restaurants around. Maybe not a good place to stay if you want to visit Lima. The hosts was very kind and they do all they can to help us to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was very good (fresh juice, coffee, eggs, bread, ... ) The soundproof of the room wasn't the best, but the hotel is in quiet area, so we slept well. The big negative point happened at the check-in. The employee (or the hosts' son) gave us a room with a toilet without cap. We told him and he offered us a room with cockroaches. So we kept the first one. We went out for a fast dinner and when we came back (1h later). The host welcomed us. She's told us that the toilet was fixed and she was sorry about the second room, because it should not have been offered to guests. They knew the problem, they condemned the room and working on the problem. So the first guy should have think and contact the host to see what were the options instead of have us this bad second room. We understand that cockroaches are everywhere in all big cities and if they work correctly to solve this, in few days everything will be fix. But the first impression was very bad (they lost easily 1-2 points for that)

We needed somewhere close to airport and this was perfect. Late arrival but the hosts were amazing at being there for us. We liked the secure parking and that was a must as we had a rental car. The hosts headed out on his bike to find the boys some food after a long day of travelling. He came back with chicken, fries and salad. Above and beyond! They moved the wifi router closer to the kids room so it was better for them. Did everything to make sure we were happy and satisfied! Excellent friendly breakfast by our hosts, Neil and Rosa. Thanks for being great.
