I was staying here as I was getting an early bus from Plaza Norte, and for that it's perfect. My room was big, the WiFi worked and there was a fan and hot water shower. There is a convenience store downstairs and the Mall is 5 minutes walk away.

I would take care outside after dark, but that's my experience mostly everywhere in South America so far.
