Room, bathroom and amenities were all good.

Please add information that this hotel is located on 9th floor - I have not found this detail anywhere on booking.com. With frequent blackouts caused by ruzzian shelling of infrastructure, hotel can be inaccessible for old or disabled people and it's hard for anyone to get luggage to their room on foot when check-in when elevator does not have electricity.
