Borj Place

It was centrally located diagonally across the bus station, so some food places were open 24 hours. The bus station also had a mall with food places, grocery store, pharmacy, department stores, phone repair and accessories. Just the next block over conveniently was SM City Naga. The room was good, no-frills and reasonably priced, which is my preference. The bathroom was provincial style where the toilet gets wet with your shower. The hot water heater was there, but not working, and they said it doesn't work. The airconditioner worked very well.

There was a hot water heater in the bathroom, and it wasn't working. I asked the staff and they said it doesn't work. It didn't sound like they were going to make it work. The listing does not show hot water heater in the bathroom, so maybe they just turn off the power to it for the price they offer. The water temperature isn't bad though after the initial dousing. There is no elevator. For this trip, I only had a carry-on size suitcase, which the staff carried for me on check-in. But if I had my bike with me, it would have been harder.

Great location and helpful staff, everything else was not so great, but considering the price, we got what we paid for. Would not recommend this for tourists and families. But all respect to the staff who was always helpful 😊

It was old and toilet was dirty, mold on the walls and not family friendly.

The owner was very accomodating. We booked the wrong location, we were intending to book the borj beside saint peter. The owner made arrangements to transfer our booking. Thank u po ♥️
