MYThe cleanliness of the room. The bathroom is smelly. The aircond is leaking. No iron provided.

Toilet is clean but windows cannot be closed due to some piping. To use the Iron, you need to request earlier as the property owner said that they won’t have the staff that early as 9am to assist us when I asked via Phone Call. No one is at the front desk which you have to do everything by yourself and you will be guided through the phone call.

Toilet was really2 bad, room was full with dirty stuff. Toilet door broken. No window and ventilation.
