The Kilchrenan Inn

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are in that area. Fantastic service, the staff were very cheerful and helpful, very prompt communication throughout (proactively telling us about dinner options, travel options and so on), immaculate rooms. We originally booked for one night, but ended up expennting for the 2nd night as well, we got a packed breakfast when we couldn't stay in the morning.

Lovely spacious room with a very comfy bed. Beautiful surroundings. Food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Being woken up at 1am by someone banging around, talking loudly and dogs barking, all coming from somehwhere in the building. I still enjoyed my night's stay though.

Quaint cottage feel that was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

The bedroom was decorated and furnished to a high standard with a really comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Very good food and wine.

The property had heaps of charm and beautifully set up for quests. Had a pub next door with excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Staff extremely helpful Fantastic atmosphere in a local village.

The bed was only a double but couldn’t be any bigger with the size of the room

We are arrived to a friendly welcome from the staff and a very nice bedroom. We had dinner in their restaurant and it had to be one of the best value for money meals we had in Scotland. Breakfast was also provided and this too did not let us down.

This was not the fault of the Inn, but the road in needs to be taken carefully as it is mainly one single lane all the way in off the main road, with many blind spots - we were nearly taken out by a truck carrying lumber.

The Kilchrenan Inn offers a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The inn's bar is a cozy retreat, featuring a traditional wood-burner and a selection of Scottish beers, ciders, gins, and whiskies. It's an ideal spot to unwind. Breakfast is the best we had in Scotland, especially homemade granola. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Everything was great and we are so sorry we coudn't stay longer.
