Badkamer is wel aan renovatie toe. Verder geen faciliteiten. Maar dit wist ik van te voren, voor mij verder geen probleem.

Zeer prettige ontvangst door Richard en zijn moeder. Op wensen/vragen werd snel gereageerd. We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht. Ontbijt standaard maar voldoende. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding goed. Assistente Winny een extra compliment voor haar inzet om de gastvrijheid te waarborgen. Yohana Cottage is zeker aan te bevelen.

De prachtige ligging. Als je ‘‘s ochtends wakker wordt duik je zo de zee in. De rust en het uitzicht waren precies wat we nodig hadden. De zee is perfect om in te zwemmen, ook voor kleinere kinderen want er zijn geen gevaarlijke golven of water dat plotseling heel diep is. Ook is het personeel super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Echt top mensen! 😊🙏🏽

Great owners, beautiful healthy breakfast, great view

I booked 2 rooms; one room was excellent, while the other was really poor. The first room was spacious and clean, with 2 double beds. The bed was a bit hard compared to what I would prefer. There was air conditioning and a water dispenser, so you could make tea and coffee whenever you wanted. The shower had warm water. The location was right in front of the beach. Every morning, the staff would ask whether you wanted fried rice or bread with an omelet for breakfast. Wi-Fi was available

The poor room: it is a small wooden room. You need to climb the stairs to reach your room, and once inside, you need to go down the stairs to access the shower/toilet. The condition of the shower and toilet is very poor—no warm water, and it is dirty. The stairs to the toilet are a bit steep, so you need to be careful not to fall. The window glass is broken, the plastic carpet used to cover the floor is damaged, and the air conditioning is not cool enough. It is just not worth the money. You need to be lucky to get the 'excellent room'.

The location is top. Rooms right on the beach, with airco. The 2 new rooms the closest to the sea are good. The 2 rooms behind the trees are a bit smelly due to moist in walls and smell of building materials. The showers do not give hot water regularly, not a big problem, but a bit annoying if you counted on it. Breakast is very basic, so we bought some extra items from the supemarket. Yohana is run by a family. The huge big plus of Yohana cottage is Richard. He is a great guy, speaks good english, and has a car for up to 6 passengers. He brought us everywhere. He also knows people for boat trips (we took a trip to 'snake island' and great snorkling corals), and he can take you to landmakrs, caves, supermarkets, ATM, and good restaurants further away if you don't want to eat at the little restaurants on the beach. He drops you off and picks you up afterwards. That was great.

room has not much atmosphaere, some more nice details like a smal lamp,, or some warmer light, a painting , or some other artistic details, maybe paint the room in a warmer color… would up grade the room…

The place is right on the beach and the owner and staff were lovely and helped in any way they could. Also, very quiet which is just what I needed.
