The place is clean and cozy. It is quiet.

The wifi is very weak. The bus only goes through there until 5:48 p.m. The pillow was way too soft, it was almost as if there was nothing in it.

This is not a "hotel", the level of service is like a badly run airbnb. There is no front desk, they do not answer their phones or texts, the doors are locked We arrived later then our anticipated arrival (we said between 5pm and 6pm arrival, we arrived at 7:30pm) The hotel is far from city centre, uphill. No taxis in this small city, no buses travel here, no Uber. This is unsuitable for seniors, children, disabled, those who have luggage and anyone who is not in great shape. We climbed the hill and were looking forward to resting in a bed. To our shock, the doors were locked at this hour of 7:30pm. I called 8 times, no response. I texted, no response. I left messages on booking.com, no response. We expected we would have to sleep on a bench or on the ground for the only time in my entire life, even though we paid in advance and had secured a reservation. We did arrive beyond the anticipated time, which was on us, however, any actual hotel answers their phone, doesn't lock their doors, and communicates with their paid-up residents. We followed another resident inside the hotel when he unlocked the door, and even from inside the hotel we couldn't find anyone working. No consideration was given to us, no communication and they were uncommunicative. This is an absolute minimum for someone claiming to be in the hotel industry, and for any actual business. This felt closer to a scam, then a legit business in the hospitality industry. We started to return to town, and after 45 minutes (with barely any cell power left) they replied on booking.com that we could be let in. I sprinted back, utterly exhausted, shirt open from sweating so much and they were so gracious as to give me a room key. I asked if I could get a drink, and they told me everything was closed. There are no stores, or restaurants at all in the area. So hurray, we did not sleep on a bench, but its really hard to say this was at all a reasonable level of service from the hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing. I expected a bit more in terms of food variety and quality

The food itself was bad and the tea was cold.
