Please note: We do not conduct check-in after 22:00. Please call the property to arrange late check-ins. Please call the property when you arrive at the gate so that we can meet you promptly. Reservations are for a two night minimum. No-shows will be charged for the total cost of their reservation. Arrival after 22:00 without prior notice constitutes a no-show. This is not a pet friendly accommodations. Service animals are welcome. There is no daily maid service or meal service. No smoking inside. You may smoke outside on the concrete patio areas. If evidence of smoking is found inside the room or house, nonrefundable $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Customers are responsible for the cost of damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. This will be charged to the card on file.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great getaway in the heart of Anderson Valley"

Convenient location, beautiful property, comfortable accommodations, kitchen, fridge, coffee, living area, tons of places to sit outside overlooking vineyards, plus a bonus bocce court. Also the manager Kevin was super helpful with our late check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks!

Very cool property! The place was totally set up with everything you would need for meals. Great place for a group or family event. We were lucky to be the only ones there. It might be different if we had others that we did not know staying there and have to share the common quarters.

Turning the heat on with the screwdriver was a little odd, but not a problem for us. Only a few complaints/suggestions. There was shampoo and body wash provided, but no conditioner. Also, the fan in the bathroom was super loud and you could not turn the light on without the fan. A heater in the bathroom would have been nice. The bed in our room seemed a little worn out or rickety.

i liked that we were together as a group but more spread out unlike a hotel. I also liked the outdoor area.

There was room for us to gather.
