- super quiet - rooms lovely and exactly as expected - shower powerful and hot - really comfy bed and strong AC - nice pool area - small hotel - really friendly and helpful owner

- nothing we didn’t like but more to be aware of. Booking says there is a washing machine available to use which isn’t really the case. It’s more of a laundry service which is $15 and washing comes back washed and folded. We had bought our own detergent which was slightly annoying but it all came back perfectly

Mooie kleinschalige accomodatie! Alles ziet er strak uit. Hoewel Rosa er zelf niet was tijdens ons verblijf, zocht ze dagelijks even contact of alles naar wens was en ze iets kon betekenen voor ons. Sima was er wel en verzorgde alles goed. Heel leuk dat er op loopafstand leuke restaurants zitten.

Helaas was er tijdens ons verblijf geen mogelijkheid om ontbijt te krijgen, omdat Rosa er zelf niet was. In de omgeving is er echter voldoende gelegenheid om te ontbijten.

There is no really an included breakfast and you need to preorder 24 hours in advance, however there are nice cafes in town 5 minutes walk.

The property feels very private - there are only four studios and our party were the only guests there. Rosa has decorated the place really nicely and the pink building is super cool. The pool area is such a relaxing place and Rosa plays really nice chill music in the area. The studio kitchen is really well equipped, nice toiletries for the shower, complimentary beer and coffee and Rosa gives you a separate towel for the pool and beach, which is a nice touch! Rosa herself is one of the friendliest hosts we’ve met - she is super attentive, so responsive via WhatsApp and gave us great recommendations (including Seba’s restaurant which is a must-visit). Thank you Rosa!

Rosa was a super attentive host. She took great care of us. Helped us get settled in Uvita and helped us find a whale watching tour. The place itself is super nice. Very comfy and nice. The location is great. Supermarket, bakery and some shopping are in a walking distance.

We really loved staying here. Rosa was so attentive, the suite was really nicely decorated, new and super clean. The pool area is really cute too. Felt like we had our own little private apartment, as we also had a parking spot. Super close to everything you might need by foot - bakery, restaurants, bar, supermarket…as well as by car to playa Hermosa and the center of Uvita. Definitely recommend it as a base in Uvita !!
