Perfect location to meet our needs

King-size bed instead of a double

Very clean and comfortable.

Slight noise from bar, but not loud enough to stop me falling to sleep

The staff were lovely on arrival which really eased us. We were only staying for one night as a quick stop, however the room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable, tea coffee and biscuits left for us too! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

No breakfast opportunities

Very unclean the stairs had not been cleaned in a long while adjacent to one of the rooms. There was a large dog room with several dogs in it, running around and barking continuously with the smell of dog urine and feces coming through the window into the room, we do our photos very very disappointed as the location seem perfect. I take my wife away and her sister and brother-in-law for three days to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary and to go to a wedding could be a good venue if they sorted their selves out, we could not stay under those circumstances and booked another property which was no better very very disappointed in booking.com me and my wife and business trips go away frequently have not in the last nine months as my wife is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer and the spoil our first triple a nearly a year

Clean and comfortable

Noone there when we arrived to check us in, had to wait around 10mins for the owner to come back from lunch. Door to come in through when returning late at night was an issue. Took a while to get unlocked as very stiff and no other way of entering building. Not a great end to the night as it was raining and very dark.

Staff couldn't do enough

Originally booked a double then I did request a change to a twin which I was told was no problem got there was still a double .
