"Great place in Izamal."

Great place with friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good pool open till 22. It is possible to park a car inside.

"Great stay but don’t come with big cars"

Loved our stay here everything was great. Staff was very nice and friendly and the swimming pool area truly reminds you that you are in Izamal…

The parking area is a little small if you come to a rental car and you will have to park behind other cars, meaning you will need to move it if needed and park it back further down so don’t come with a huge 4x4 😅 Apart from that nothing else to say.

"Very nice place, 15-20 min walking distance from main park."

The place is simple but beautiful. The room and bathroom were clean. The pool area is located around a well-maintained garden. There were not many guests during our stay so it was quiet.

The place is about 15-20 min walking from the main park. If you take a taxi with your bags, the cost is 30-40 mxn pesos each trip to and from the bus stop.

"No water in rooms"

The room is clean and spacious. If there were water and if I were told the hotel locked its doors it would have been a good experience.

Sudddently no water while having a shower from 11pm including no water for the toilet. Nobody at the reception at night (description says 24h) so cannot do anything about water issue and discover I was locked in the hotel, no way to leave or enter the building.
