It was great as always. New TV, i noticed. The front desk is always helpful as can be. No English speaking, but that's expected in the smaller towns of mexico.

This place is kept absolutely immaculate, super friendly staff, great location, we have stayed here several times, always been great, highly recommend it!!

Centrally located, very clean and excellent service.

Really nice hotel. Very clean, spacious, good wifi, amazing garden and pool area. 15 minute walk to the center of Izamal.

The pool and patio were very pleasant and comfortable.

The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. In fact, they seemed kind of irritated by our general presence. They made us pay in cash, even though the site stated that they accepted cards. The toilets and shower did not work well. Parking is very limited.

Nice garden and pool area. Confortable bed. A/c work fine. 10 minutes walk from downtown. Good tips for restaurant. If you have the chance, there is a good brunch restaurant downtown Call Maria33.

A kitchenette in the shared area or at least a fridge in the room might be nice. Moré water pressure in the bathroom. Better way to stop the water from the shower to splash the entire floor of the bathroom.
