We never stayed overnight since the phone number at the entrance was not reachable. Had to look for another accommodation since the instructions were not sent immediately, but most importantly it was not possible to reach the owner via phone, nor I received a call or a message back.

The rooms do not lock. You have to wedge the door handle up. It was terrifying, I could hear people shouting, vomiting and smashing windows outside my door. I literally slept with a butter knife under my pillow and I'm a pretty laid back person. I booked two nights but only stayed one.

How unsafe it was

Smooth and easy check-in

The smell (bc the rooms were in the basement it smelled humid). You cannot lock doors when inside. Facillities were old and overall it didnt feel safe

Location is good. Close to bus station.

Rooms are in basement, there is smell of it. I realised it only when they sent instructions how to get to the room, it is not written clearly when booking. I did not feel safe there, because I was not sure if doors are locked, when I am inside the room, it did not lock automatically. My room was sharing wall with bathroom, no sound proof, sleep is disturbed badly, when somebody using it. Internet and tv did not work.

Good location

Doors not locking when inside and other people from other rooms can get in when you are asleep at night. Decided not to stay for this reason. Staff very rude, ignorant and arrogant. There’s no “parking on site” as they state in advert. Shared bathroom and toilet wasn’t very clean. Room smelled cigarette smoke.

Clean

Maybe I didn't read it carefully, but I only found out that the apartments are in the basement when I received confirmation. I probably wouldn't book. Although everything was fine for this money.

A bit of a basement shell, but all in all a clean and lovely room.

Definitely do not recommend this accommodation provider. The apartments are located in the basement. We arrived late in the evening. There was no electricity. It was not possible to stay there, the owner did not admit his mistake and did not refund the money. The instructions were also unclear, we took 2 rooms, but we only got a code for one room. The owner did not admit this either. Very very bad experience!
