Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, room was fab with huge modern bathroom stocked with locally produced toiletries

Drinks quite expensive (£35 for prosecco)

Excellent clean property with good food, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast with à la carte choices. Very dog friendly with very good dog buffet options. Just off M6. Have recommended to friends and will use as regular stopover every time we pass

Comfortable pub with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and nicely presented. The pub’s location is conveniently near the M6. Despite being on a main road,traffic noise was surprisingly quiet.

Just a point on health and safety. There was no rubber mat provided in the shower and the floor was a bit slippery when wet. Suggest one is provided to prevent a serious fall.
