Our stay at the Tranquil Inn was very enjoyable. The rooms were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent at the 1587 restaurant. Location was excellent also.

Ice machine not working. Was able to get ice first night at bar, but not Sunday nor Monday as bar and restaurant are closed. Very limited staffing.

There were bugs. Big bugs! I’ve always wanted to stay there, but I was disappointed that the room and especially the bathroom wasn’t clean.

It was quaint and had a great location. Staff was helpful but leaves around 5:30 everyday. The room needed updating: had several areas where it needed to be repainted. Also it was far from full yet we got a room with no view. There was no way to pay more for a view or I would have, and would have been fine if the Inn had been full but we got a middle room with zero view when other better view rooms appeared to be empty.
