Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer. Ein leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Restaurantpersonal.

Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil mir ein Zimmer mit Balkon garantiert worden war. Tatsächlich wurde unser Zimmer ohne jegliche Absprache oder auch nur eine Vorwarnung an einen anderen Gast vergeben; stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer, das fast keine Fenster hatte, da der Blick aus diesen auf einen mit Gras bewachsenen Hügel führte. Da das Hotel auf einem Hügel gebaut ist, gehen die Zimmer 37 und 38 auf den Hügel hinaus. Wir haben keinerlei Entschädigung erhalten, nur eine mündliche Entschuldigung. Bei einer solchen Behandlung kann man beim nächsten Mal glatt auf der Straße landen, wenn keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar sind. Wir werden dort definitiv nicht mehr übernachten.
