Breakfast was not included in the rate. If it was then Hotel failed to inform me and provide breakfast.

Room size was better than the average. Hotel doesn't encourage payment by Credit Cards with silly excuse like Machine Not Working. The hotel staff uses Guest Lounge area to seat and chit chat amongst themselves.
