We loved the room, lovely views and very close to the waterfalls. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Even though we found the staff very nice and friendly, be aware that they can lie. We talked to them about taxi prices and they told us something that the next day suddenly changed and increased by 100k. It was a surprise for us, they tried to make us believe that the price was for another place which we never mentioned before, it was simply not worth arguing because we had no other choice.

Perfect spot in Senaru! Amazing room. Great hosts. Friendly vibe. Best views. Delicious food next door. And right next to the waterfall trail. Highly, highly recommend 👍🏽

Didnt stay long enough

Our stay at Rinjani Houseboon was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like part of the family. The owner went above and beyond to arrange the perfect trip to Mount Rinjani for us, making sure every detail was flawless. The transport to the hotel was seamless, and when it was time to leave, a taxi was arranged with the same level of care, ensuring we reached our next destination without any hassle. We arrived a bit earlier than expected on the first day, and to our surprise, the owner arranged a complimentary trip with a local guide to the nearby waterfall. This unexpected gesture set the tone for our entire stay. In the evening, we were taken to visit a traditional sarong weaver, a unique cultural experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. As if that wasn't enough, we were invited to enjoy drinks at the sunset point with the owner and staff, creating a perfect end to our day. We also had the chance to visit a local farm and explore the stunning rice terraces, adding to the list of unforgettable experiences. The breakfast each morning was amazing. In the evenings, we were treated to live music, which added a special touch, making us feel even more at home. One night, they even set up a late-night bonfire for us, which was a magical experience under the stars. The restaurant next door is also from the family and they make just the best food in Lombok. The entire staff treated us with such kindness and generosity that we truly felt like part of the Rinjani Houseboon family. To top it all off, the hotel gifted us some T-shirts, which we will wear proudly as a reminder of our incredible stay. Thank you so much to everyone at Rinjani Houseboon for making our stay the best we've had in all of Indonesia! We can't recommend this place enough – it was simply perfect in every way. If you're planning a trip to the area, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret...

It was a really perfect house!!! All my experience at Senaru was happy because of the staff I met at this accommodation. Everyone is so kind like family! Please stay longer in here Senaru is such a beautiful place, Houseboon also such a nice place. I will definitely go back there!!

The view is even better than the photos suggest. Comfy bed, clean rooms.

We had a great stay. The room is basic but had all we needed. The staff is really nice. We enjoyed a fantastic evening with the boys from the accommodation on the terrace. Everyone was really welcoming and the view from the terasse is just stunning. We would stay here again.
