The Station Inn Whitby

Great room. Immaculate decor, clean and contemporary. Comfy beds and great bathroom facilities. All the staff are friendly and the pub has a good friendly atmosphere.

The only drawback is the noise from the bar. It only affected one night when a singer was on, and then only for about 2 hours, but it's very noticeable!

Nice comfortable room. Good shower facilities and toiletries. Good tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and fan. Nice views and great location. Staff very friendly. Great value for money and would stay again.

A little bit noisy on a night but to be expected and did not spoil our stay. Expected the door leading to the guest rooms would have been locked, so that only guests could access the staircase to the rooms, but for some reason this was not the case, even though there was a key pad door lock. It was open for anyone to access the staircase to the rooms, therefore perhaps a security risk.

Great pub, great bed, beer good value. Everything makes me go back and I will again.

The staff member on arrival was lovely. The room was a good size for us, our teenage son and 2 dogs and having the room partitioned was good for some privacy. The TV and coffee / tea facilities in each part of the room was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful with really hot water. The location was ideal for exploring Whitby as it is just opposite the train station. Would definitely return.
