I love the location. The female manager and other staff was great / when you can find them. The lady who makes breakfast is wonderful and very kind.

The male manager was a little creepy and nobody was there to check me in on the first night. I had to literally jump the fence and find an open room without a key and just hope for the best - if I didn’t I would have been sleeping on the beach. This was a little unacceptable. But they did give me an extra night free for it. Breakfast although says it’s available / isn’t included with every room which they really don’t tell you and the price for the breakfast is the same as the room which is insane. The rooms are “cleaned” once every few days - but by that I mean they make the bed and sweep the floors - no new towels or linens unless you ask and get them yourself. They have no generator so when the power goes out - it’s just out and you have a candle as a substitute lol. Sometimes for hours. The beds are rock solid and they don’t really give you much of a blanket - certainly don’t change them either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone since there are so much other incredible options on the island. I never write these reviews but I don’t want somebody to make this same mistake I did.

Principalmente da atenção dos recepcionistas (Vitória e Caio)e da responsável (Eliane) pela limpeza e organização dos ambientes funcionais da pousada.

Do comportamento inadequado e extremamente invasivo da camareira. Mostrou-se ser uma pessoa que destoa, ao meu ver, da equipe que funciona plenamente sem a convivência de uma pessoa conflitante que apresenta problemas de desiquilíbrio moral e de caráter. Lamentável.

1 - Funcionários Caio, Eliane da limpeza e Eliane da Cozinha foram super simpáticos e atenciosos. 2 - Localização próxima ao Cais. 3 - Chuveiro forte e bem quente.

1 - Ar Condicionado não pode ser ligado de 11h às 18h. E nem ventilador tem para minimizar o calor. Modelo antigo e faz um barulho terrível quando funciona. 2 - Colchão duro demais. 3 - Cobertor parece asa de mosquito de tão fino. 4 - Travesseiro muito baixo. Precisa de dois para se tornar um. 5 - Notório que o proprietário não faz nenhum investimento para melhorar.

Não tinha café da manhã,pois com café da manhã era um outro valor às diárias.Mas a localização é maravilhosa

Il manque des équipements, étagères, patères ou cintres, pour pouvoir sortir nos affaires des valises, une lampe de chevet qui marche Chambres assez sombres, on se sent un peu enfermé
