Wifi, no funciona bien

Didn’t clean room in 3 nights so more sand in the room than on the beach.

Não são muito responsivos nos canais de comunicação, demoraram uma semana para me responderem. Faltou água e luz pelo menos umas três ou quatro vezes em apenas dois dias, Wi-Fi não funciona (conecta, mas não tem internet)

Tout. L'établissement est vieux, sale, manque d'entretien. Pas d'eau chaude, de wifi durant tout notre séjour de 4 nuits. Très cher pour ce que c'est. Beaucoup trop cher. La piscine une catastrophe. C'est plus un bassin a insectes. La nuit dérangé par le bruit du générateur.

The location is good.

I want to warn other families not to book this hotel if you expect a minimum level of comfort, such as Wi-Fi and running water. We have children and thought it would be perfect to have Wi-Fi so the kids could rest after the beach and I could do some work. During the three days we stayed at the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi at all. On day two, after returning from the beach and for the rest of the day, there was no water, so we could not shower or use the toilet and even next day when we woke up, there was still no water, and it only came back later in the afternoon. The cleaning was also poor. All other hotels in the area had no problems with Wi-Fi or water shortages.
