Casita Isla Beach Inn

Location: Situated in Station 1, Casita Isla Beach Inn offers a tranquil retreat away from the evening noise. It's just a 2-minute walk to the pristine White Beach and conveniently close to Astoria Hotel's Hop On Hop Off loading zone. The resort is also near the water activities zone, including party cruises, and approximately a 10–15-minute walk to D'Mall, surrounded by numerous dining options. Space: The room comfortably accommodated our luggage and belongings, providing ample space for relaxation. Room & Amenities: Our room was impeccably clean, with a fresh scent of bleach upon entry. The linens and towels were crisp and pleasant. Amenities included: H&S shampoo sachets, soaps, disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, coffee/l+creamer+sugar sachets, ref, electric kettle, TV with cable channels, free wifi, and bidet. Guests also have access to a common water station on the third floor. They also have a convenient outdoor foot cleaning station, allowing guests to rinse off sand from their feet or sandals before entering the Inn. Staff: Kuya was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. He greeted us with a warm smile and was always approachable. He kindly allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our lunch. Additionally, when we requested to use the restroom before departing, he interrupted his cleaning duties to assist us. His thoughtful gestures truly enhanced our experience and exemplified the outstanding service provided by the staff.

Areas for improvement: 1. Bleach Odor: While the cleanliness of the room was appreciated, the strong scent of bleach upon entry was somewhat overpowering. Implementing additional ventilation during and after cleaning could help mitigate this issue. 2. Indoor Slippers: Providing indoor slippers for guests would enhance comfort, especially when walking on tile floors.

Toiletries was scarce

It's comfortable and accessible to all.

This is my second time, and true enough, I enjoyed my stay more this time since I learned something the first time before. And come to think of it, I got the same room I did as before. This time, it is more familiar and comfy. I'm glad I stayed here again.
