"Not comfortable matresses"

The location.

The beds aren't comfortable. They're old type spring matresses that you can feel the springs in.

"Good, clean, easy to work with."

Breakfast wasn’t advertised but we got a breakfast sandwich and a drink we weren’t expecting! The price was great for the area and wasn’t a dump like most reasonable priced places are at that price compared to the rates in the area! The bed wasn’t great but very clean. A foam topper would have greatly improved the comfort of the beds but the rest of the room was very clean and well equipped!

Memory Foam toppers on the bed would have been great! I would stay there anytime!
