The location near the river and the high standard of the entire accommodation

Was disappointed the breakfast included in the price was only continental when it had been indicated it would be a full breakfast

Beautiful setting Some staff super helpful and friendly

Room was quite run down for £160 a night Initially impression wasn’t great Was stood at the bar and 3 people pushed in and were served first, waited quite some time to check in

Our room was lovely big and bright lovely little pub. Shower was nice. Staff was pleasant.

We left early but we didn't know what tondo with our key. The food was lovely we didn't stay for breakfast as its continental buffet only.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meals both tasty.

Thought the towels were starting to feel a Lillie thin or well used. A small item but you did ask!
