Managed well by a great host.

Good location. Walk to train station. Comfortable bed. Clean

Thin and tired bed linens. No hot water for shower early in the morning. Garbage left in room from previous tenant. Outdoors near front entrance is blocked with overgrown tree branches. Water pooled on sidewalk in heavy rain. Bags of mulch heaped beside the sidewalk. Poor lighting and visibility in the dark at night and early in the morning.

Location, room clean and cosy. Excellent host. Interesting building with a museum.

Icy car park but weather was pretty bad the previous two days.

No decent ironing equipment. Thin bedding, rather cool. Overpriced.

It wasn't the ditch on the highway during the blizzard.

It was dusty. Waited outside for 12 mins before anyone called back. Small room. No hot water. Coffee maker didn't work. We were almost in a ditch and wanted to be safe. My small son and I. So wanted to support a small business (as we are small business owners). This was vv disappointing and wouldn't return. Then upon reviewing, the owners were quite rude. There's was no choice in a larger room, it was dirty, small and cold. He then said we should've stayed elsewhere. Terrible service as an owner. And read more reviews, and he tends to bully anyone who doesn't leave a perfect review. Try using this criticism as motivation.

It’s quaintness

Fun space, unique layout, very welcoming.

Old building so we needed to use a space heater, but it was fine.

Very good location, nicely decorated rooms (old style).

Wifi not working, TV not connected to any channel, almost no interaction with anyone from the hotel. Not my idea of an hotel. A series of room, mainly.
