Place and ac good

If one hour passed for check out they charged for holl day it should be a half day or any pannalty but holl day charged very disappointed.

"Satisfactory but huge scope for improvement for the tariff charged."

Room was satisfactory. Bed was firm and non saggy. Bed and bath linen was satisfactory but can be improved. Bathroom cum toilet was satisfactory.AC was excellent with super cooling.TV and channels selection was satisfactory.

Very poor lighting in room and toilet. No ceiling lights, all wall fixtures with very low wattage GLS filament bulbs in current age of LEDs. Complimentary toiletries very poor with 10 gms soap which cannot be held in hand. Power outage on day one for an hour before it was fixed. Lift not working from day 2 onwards till checkout.
