Superlatively clean! Fresh flowers left in room. Very quiet location and easy parking. Excellent management resolved confusion caused by Expedia. Book directly with Niantic Inn and get free beach pass! Walkable to best Niantic beaches and restaurants.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had problem with a/c and they came immediately to fix it. Prianca the property manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great experience. Will definitely go back.

"A very relaxing, easy vacation stay in a great location."

Great location near the beach and in town. Walking distance to everything. They fave us beach passes and they lent us a cart and chairs and before the beach. We could walk about a half mile to the beach. Very friendly staff. So helpful. Pretty outdoor patio w lights.
