- host lady was very kind - room was clean and spacious - there was air conditioning - clean bathroom

- quite far from city center (at least there is bus stop and tram end stop nearby)

the room was clean

the location is not the best, public transport works fine, but you always need transfer from tram to bus. there’s nothing that goes directly to this address. for that amount of money the place should be better than that.
