The breakfast isn't available anymore, whatever is the reason!??. Maybe a new generation ...

It's near the airport and they let me enter even at 2 am. The room is tidy and has enough quality for the cost. The staff was very kind

There is nothing that I don't like. Just one more missing thing is that I sent a message that I wanted to enter at 2 am, and they confirmed it but when I arrived, there was no staff so it was a bit embarrassing. It might be the miscommunication.

Friendly staffs, space for parking

No towels but was provided and never hesitate to provide even late night. 1 pillow but uncomfortable. Washroom drainage was noticeably clogged, slow water flow.

Staff were great

Poor structure. Management are not very involved. No obvious kitchen for where our breakfasts came from. Breakfast was very basic and wasn't worth the extra cash. The facilities look great in the photo but they chose to ignore the greasy bike mechanics and laundry that is at the front of their premises. Every time we came home we needed to climb through broken bike parts, mechanics, laundry hanging around. I also saw a prostitute coming and going. I saw some guy washing his naked toddlers in front of the stairs into the building. I saw some other toddler flipping a cat several times to make it do flips. It was just an awkward place to stay. I never know what awkward stuff was happening outside of the bedrooms.

Affordability and cleanliness

It’s close to the airport and many restaurants as well as the dive shop I went to, which was about a 15 minute walk away. The owner sells very affordable soap and shampoo/conditioner, although if you stay in an AC room they provide those things for you. Breakfast was a simple Filipino breakfast of eggs, sausage, rice, and coffee or tea. The owner also let me come back after diving to shower and gather my things, even though it was after check out time. They also have cute cats.

The fan room gets very stuffy. I opened the window but got paranoid about bugs coming in during the night so I just closed it lol.

Quite cheap for the area. Shower and toilet is fine.

Had two cockroaches in my room the first night I stayed. Beware that they can just come in through the gap beneath the door. I put a towel there afterwards to keep them out. Had a room without AC which get hot really fast because it’s quite small. Be aware of that.
