The area is beach accessible and the people there were nice

Overall, accomodation was a bit tired. Air con was very noisy

Location was a little bit far from the main road but accessible for vehicle like car and van. The guest house was situated overlooking on the beach front you need walk for a minute or two to reach the seaside.

What we didn’t like was the orientation of the room where we stay and what we booked online. There’s a confusion on how they presented the two rooms what we originally booked online at booking.com promotion was deluxe barkada room good for 6pax plus the economy room good for 3 pax. However when we arrived there they informed us that what we booked was the deluxe room good for 4pax plus the economy room with 2pax + 1 kid so they suggested to upgrade the room for 6pax since we are all 9 including the kid and they said the economy room can’t accommodate the kid since the bed is for smaller kids. From there, I realized there’s a previous review here regarding room switching so I believe what they did to us was the same experienced of what previous guest had commented. We need to pay for additional 1k plus 250 pesos cash for the use of gasul (one time use only during breakfast). When we clarified it to them they insisted that the economy room was the one which was upgraded and not the deluxe room, it really caused confusion but we don’t have a choice but to pay. Moreover on booking.com it was advertised and mentioned that there’s a supplementary free coffee but on the actual, the staff or the owner didn’t inform or offer for free coffee, we need to asked personally for the hot water if we can have it for free.

Property was always cleaned by the staff. Room was ok, native is a good description.

Getting to the beach, I had to walk down some stairs and I have bad knees, but as soon as you go down the stairs you are at the beach. There is no paved road to the property.

Zur Lage: Super da es nur einige Stiegen bis zum Alona Strand sind. Zur Hauptstrasse muss man schon 10 minuten einen Rumpelweg der sehr schlecht beleuchtet ist gehen, deswegen verlangen TukTuks auch aufschlag. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon und es gibt Kaffee und Wasser umsonst.

Es gibt kein Warmwasser, aber das war auch nicht angegeben.
