serene place, clean, fresh air, lots of plants and trees, nipa hut motif nicely made, very rural atmosphere, folksy, top of cliff scenic view of the sea, short walk to Alona beach where many Resto, bars, 7-11 store, and nice beach. Good strong water in the bathroom.

access feeder road leading to location is unpaved and rough, should be improved by the local govt, also govt should construct strong wooden stairs on the cliffs for the tourists safely climbing up and down to the beach getting to their boats for the tours. Install bidet in the bathroom. TV and cable not working. Suggest to use plants like Citronella to drive away mosquitoes, also can use borax with sugar to repel ants.

Molt smell in the room (because of that I couldnt sleep well and left one night earlier). Other guests did not have this problem in their room they said.

Authentic family business ... It's nice that something like this with beach location (some stairs down) still exists alongside all the expensive resorts!

Will not stay in again. I am one and done, not again

Its next the beach but not really the best view. There’s construction in front of the beach so you cannot really enjoy it. Much better to stay nearby Alone beach

The location is hard to find. The toilet water came from the sea and its not even purify. The water was salty too. Can’t wash your face and brush teeth from the bathroom. I booked just the electricfan, needed 200php for additional for AC.

The location is close to the city center, and the hot water in the shower works well. During the stay, there was no significant noise disturbance (since it's near a seaside resort, occasional fireworks could be heard, but they were not disruptive). The owner lives nearby, and while she does not personally handle all guest interactions, there are staff members responsible for maintaining the environment and ensuring guests' comfort, making it very convenient to address any needs. There was an issue with the air conditioning tripping during the stay, but it was resolved within 10 minutes without us even needing to notify the host. Although the facilities are old, they are still functional.

Being close to nature, the access road is a bit rugged and narrow (not recommended for driving). If you have food with strong odors, it is advisable not to leave it in the room for an extended period, as it may attract ants. Outdoor communal trash bins are available for waste disposal. In line with global trends, the indoor facilities do not provide disposable toiletries, but they can be obtained in the communal area if needed. There is no water heater in the rooms, so hot drinking water must also be collected from the communal area.
