Clean room and helpful stuff. Host helped us organise tour to main points in Bohol. Very good and quick communication, everything clear. Location is great, not loud and close to Alona Beach, restaurants, etc.

The owner Christelle is lovely. She offered me an extra night stay and refunded my first night after I couldn’t get to the island for the first 2 nights of my booking because of a typhoon stopping the ferries from running from Cebu. The hotel room is located on a quiet dirt track, only a 5 minute walk to the main area of Panglao and the beach. The room was modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was very good water pressure and air conditioner. The owners live on the first floor so I felt very safe and secure that there was always someone around.

The best stay we had in the whole of the Philippines. Proof that you can get clean, comfort, quiet accomodation in the Philippines for a reasonable price. Could not fault it. Organised tours for us with engaging and friendly guides at reasonable prices. Always had cold water ready for us when returning from our activities and were super attentive. Always available as the owners live upstairs (with their two cute cats). Great location, close to the main town but far enough to be quiet.

Los dueños eran encantadores, la habitación estaba súper limpia, tenía todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo unos días, cerca de la playa y los restaurantes y bares pero algo retirado para descansar tranquilo. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Staff are ok but CHRISTLLE HERSELF HAS AN ATTITUDE & LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was shocked when they told me that THEY CLEANED THE ROOM whilst we are away. When I confronted her, I TOLD HER, I NEVER ASKED to clean our room and I REALLy dont like it , I feel like , YOU INVADED OUR PRIVACY, BUT CHRISTELLE, KEEP on asking me, " DID YOU READ OUR POLICY?" its outside the restroom ( PLS see the picture below) I TOLD HER YOU SHOULD HAVE ASK ME FIRST! in other hotel THERES A SIGNAGE or SWITCH ON IF YOU WANT to CLEAN THE ROOM!!!! BUT SHE KEEPS ON ASKING ME " DID YOU READ THE POLICY??'( SO RUDE) DO NOT EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO READ IT ACTIVELY ESPECIALLY, ITS IN THE SMALL PAPER OUTSIDE THE RESTROOM!! alsoIT SHOULD BE DISCUSSED BEFORE CHECKING in!! ALSO, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT " PRIVACY" YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED US FIRST OR DOUBLE CHECK TO US, IF ITS OK TO YOU TO " ENTER OUR ROOM"! Good thing that, my credit card may personal belonging is inside out LUGGAGE THAT I LOCKED WITH the password! Since day 1 , IM NOT COMfortable! BECAUSE YOU ENTER OUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION IT IS SO IRRITATING, that whilst im TALKING TO HER, SHE NEVER APOLOGISE , SHE NEVER, ACKNOWLEDGE MY FEELINGS THAT YOU INVADED OUR PRIVACY!! SHE JUST SMILE SARCASTICALLY! and asking me 3x "" OK NA MAM ?" OK NA?" instead of apologizing! YOU STAy grounded, You should LEARN Dos and donts! ALSO THE LOCATION IS 10mins walk! going to HI-way or the center! I HAVE a GOOD STANDING ACCOUNT HERE ON BOOKING. COM! THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT I REGRETTED OUR BOOKING! I GAVE 10 star to all the hotels that we stayed on! But this one is the WORst, WORST ATTIDUE OF CHRISTLLE VERY SARCASTIC, the way she smiles and talk to me! You should learn to stay grounded, Your bussiness is HOPITALITY!

C’était agréable de se réveiller avec une baie vitrée sur un beau jardin vert. La chambre est lumineuse. La climatisation est silencieuse on peut dormir avec sans problème. Il y a des espaces de rangement pour les vêtements. Sèche cheveux, café et thé.

Pas assez de lumière au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain.

Faultless. Clean, room made up daily, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Wonderful value. Attention to detail was perfect. I recommend very highly.
