"We loved the room and view but despite circumstances that changed quickly when we weren’t sure when power would be resto"

Loved the privacy and views

Power was lost due to storm however no contact was made by property to inform us. We were in our space without power which meant no water running nor toilet flushing and of course no heat.

"Unique modernized lodge experience with super village down the hill"

This place is super relaxing and would be a perfect ski chalet experience. Ragged Mountain can be seen from your front porch (although it is a fifteen mile drive) The village of Sunapee have everything and is a one km jog down the hill. If you have friends the shared game room / TV space (two levels) is very cool.

The host seems to have everything figured out - except how to turn off porch light overnight.

Rooms are accurately advertised as Mountain View; too bad they don’t have Lakeview except from a small bathroom window.

New facility with great detail and added features for your family to enjoy their stay indoors and outdoors!!

Wish our dog could have joined us. But we understand how the pool areas outside one’s home is not a place for animals.

"Self service hotel failure. What room am I in? No support or help"

Nice location, furnishings, etc.

No staff. Supposed to check-in either information and code from email confirmation alone, BUT THE EMAIL DIDNT INCLUDE THE ROOM NUMBER. I called the phone number available, and virtual assistant picks up. She isn’t able to help and says she’ll ring the in-call number and get back to me. Never calls me back. I call her again and she says the hotel on-call isn’t picking up and that she’ll follow up (she never did). I walked the hotel and tried to the code on every door until I found what was our room. Total fail.
