Here’s a balanced version—professional, firm, Firstly, I was quite concerned when, in the middle of the night, someone came to our room requesting personal information, including our national identity card details and car information. This was especially unsettling as all required details had already been provided during check-in. Secondly, the bathroom design is not very practical. The lighting is extremely bright, making it inconvenient to switch on when a partner is sleeping. Additionally, the upper section of the bathroom is open, which compromises privacy while showering or using the toilet. Thirdly, I had booked a room for two adults with breakfast included. However, upon arriving at the café, we were informed that the allocation was limited to one nasi lemak pack and two pastries. This was quite disappointing and not what we had expected, so we ended up going out for breakfast instead. Overall, while there are some positives, these issues affected our comfort and experience, and I hope they can be reviewed and improved for future guests.
