A localização é muito próxima da praia do Lázaro, e dali você consegue ter acesso a outras duas praias tranquilamente andando e sem gastar com translado ou ter que ficar pegando carro pra ir pra um lado ou outro toda hora. A localização também está bem próxima de um mercado grande da região e farmáceas também. Utensílios de cozinha estão a disposição, desde fogão, microondas até mesmo panelas, talheres...
