Estacionamento apertado para poucos carros

Atendimento primoroso, culinária maravilhosa, limpeza impecável, piscina aquecida , café da manhã excelente, enfim , adoramos tudo.

Faltou uma cortina black out no quarto ...

Cama super confortável e as roupas de cama e banho excelentes

Faltou poder escurecer o quarto, mas acredito ser de propósito para aproveitar o dia, então quem quiser dormir até mais tarde ali não é o lugar

Limpeza, Bom café da manhã ,bons drinks ,ótimo restaurante ,funcionários muito gentis

Falta manutenção da suíte ,o box vazava água no piso ,o cobertor estava em mau estado , a cortina tinha furos no blackout

As someone who has travelled the world and stayed in countless hotels, this is by far in my top 5! From the moment we got there, the staff was kind, helpful, friendly, willing to answer any questions and help us book activities. Everything from the room, to the setting, to the food, the amazing staff- I have nothing but good things to say!! Our room was one my favorites I have ever stayed in! Unparalleled elegance. The views, the decor, the welcome note, the Newpresso- we didn’t want to leave! The pool was perfect. Wonderful temperature, beautiful surroundings. Being just steps from the beach, the opportunities for relaxation were endless. The staff is so attentive too! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast by the pool daily. They will serve you by the pool, serve you on the beach. Even though my Portuguese is terrible, (my husband is Brazilian) they still made me feel understood and did their best to communicate to me with ease. ALL of the staff was so kind- some of the best service I have ever had! (This is also saying a lot as I have been in the hospitality industry for 24 years!) The food was also phenomenal! We ate in the restaurant every night! Prepared to perfection! We had octopus, the fish of the day, sea bass- all the accompaniments were made to perfection as well! I cannot say enough good things about our stay!! This was a celebration of 10 years married and I could not be happier with our experience! We will 100% return! Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable!!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location is stunning, the food was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff are all so wonderful. We had an accident that meant a trip to the local hospital, but from the first minute the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, doing whatever possible to make everything easy and comfortable - especially Carol who went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here and we will definitely be back!
