The lady send a link for self check in...and asked to pay before entering the gate.and saying there is no one coming to let you in....just pay and I will send to confirmation check in video...the you can stay...it was horrible experience at night for me with family

I like the cleanliness and the technologies used in the house. The facilities were super cool. It's a wonderful stay.

They can increase their working time from 5 to atleast 8pm. The checkin process is too long. They can inform us earlier to upload documents than just 1-2 hrs before from the checkin.
