INBDINI was given small room day1. I mean it was not what I saw on your site. When I asked them then only for last night they moved me to little bigger room. My only concern was when I paid for bigger room whey they gave me smaller one. Although I do appreciate they did make arrangements without any arguments.
Location is Ok BF was not included in the given price It is mentioned on your site its for 100 per person but they charged 150 as they said some items will be missing from 100. I was not sure which were those Items. Bathrooms were not much clean. Tap was damaged No Tea/Coffee complimentary in the room (with tea bag / milk pouch) which is basic thing in any hotel.
BDINLiked the Hotel's location and its access to both Katpadi and Vellore. Hotel is okay but very congested.
I did not like the service inside the hotel, AC is not at all cooling, TV is not working as Wifi is very poor. After putting the AC at 18 C and fan on full swing, we were facing, completely hot, which we complained to the hotel authorities but they sent room boys, where they could not solve the issue. We did not get the AC and TV service at all, so sad. Breakfast was not so good just normal.
