FOOD IS EXPENSIVE. CHECK OUT 12.00 IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE VISITORS OF CMS HOSPITAL. THEY MUST CHANGE TO 24 HOURS. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON THIS ANYWHERE INCLUDING BOOKING.COM. I LOST A DAY ROOM CHARGE. RETURNED WITH HEAVY HEART AFTER SPENDING HUGE TO HOSPITAL AS WELL. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING OK
INEven after complaining about rooms, no resolutions were made. We changed hotel via another app. Booking.com rendered useless when it came to resolving anything.

BDClean property. Nicely managed. Rooms could’ve been bigger along with bathrooms.
Very small rooms. One of the rooms did not have any effective ventilation either. Bathrooms quite small too. Complimentary breakfasts need to be more welcoming. On some mornings it was inedible. Had water pressure issue on one of the rooms. It was not fixed throughout the stay. Room service very slow.
BDOverall Good stay. I like this place. This was my 2nd stay. I stayed here twice. Last time the stay was for 58 days and this time it was for 2 weeks. The staff were like family members. They were very cooperative. Cleanliness is it's indicator. The location is also very convenient for those coming for treatment in CMC.
Insufficient water flow in the shower and kitchen sink, uncomfortable chair. A small refrigerator is suggested to be placed inside the room.
INI liked most was the cordial behavior of all the staff members.
Bathroom plumbing and commodes could be rectified.
