Modern/minimalist decor but still cozy; bed & pillows were super comfy

only thing I wish was better is the exterior lighting on the driving path leading up to houses; it was difficult to find (at 6pm in the dark) even with detailed directions

A very comfortable and tastefully decorated tiny house! Well, equipped with amenities to include toiletries, dishes, and extra pillows and blankets. A lovely place to stay.

The location was a little further from downtown Waco, and located right next to a busy road. A little noisy early in the morning.

"Superb"

The location was the best part! Being away from the loud interstate and major roadways made it quiet and relaxing.

The road to turn into the area where the buildings are could have a sign and lights added as a way to make it easier to see at night. did pass it up due to there not being lights.
