The location is amazing, staff are helpful nothing is too much trouble and everyone including villagers made us welcome. Breakfasts were amazing- local produce cooked just right.

"Lovely traditional pub stay in delightful fishing village"

We booked a stay here at short notice not knowing anything about the village and were very happy with our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and both the included breakfast and the dinner we had when we first arrived were excellent. It was a shared bathroom but it was very clean and we had it to ourselves on our floor.

Every single member of staff gave the warmest welcome, you can clearly see they put their customers first. So friendly and accomodating. We booked the sea view private bathroom and it was clean with comfortable beds. Tea and coffee and warm and cosy. We knew the parking would be tight so got a lift from family members so didn’t have to worry about the parking.

If you want a real Cornish pub in a stunning location, great food and friendly staff. And some lovely Cornish singing on a Friday night , this is the place to be 💜

The breakfast was delicious & the surroundings were beautiful.

Their wasn’t a toilet roll holder in our bathroom,the toilet roll holder in the main ladies toilets wasn’t very good & I found the toilet roll on the floor & it would have been nice to have a selection of cereal & fruit for our breakfast.

Locatiion, Breakfasts and staff.

Small rooms with almost no amenities, old rooms, no space. Filthy hallways with loose floorboards.
