I loved everything, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

It was located directly on the beach. The ladies making breakfast are delightful and spoke to us about their indigenous culture and traditions.

For over R$ 1000 per night, this property was the equivalent of a 1 star motel. To start off, the bed sheets were stained and the towels smelled very strongly. On booking, it lists that the hotel has WiFi and AC, however the AC and wifi did not work a for even a single night of our stay. Being the hottest and most humid month of the year, I had to sleep with the window open in a property full of bugs and mosquitos. We contacted 2 persons from the property, one told us there’s nothing they can do and the other did not respond. I got so many bug bites I had to rush to a pharmacy early morning for antihistamines. The heat got so bad that my sisters slept outside in a hammock. The electricity went out on the property for about 50% of the stay, and I had to miss a day of remote work as we had no wifi and there’s no cellular reception on the island. A restful night of sleep would’ve been impossible, even if the AC worked as dogs barked nonstop the entire night.
