We had an exceptional experience at La Residencia Hotel. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful inner courtyard. The breakfast is fantastic no matter what was being served. The hotel staff were simply lovely and very kind. We loved our stay and will stay there when we return.

There was a high window into the bathroom and because of where our room was situated, it felt a little bit exposed. Adding some curtains, even lightweight, would be a quick solution.

The room space was ok.

We stay for one night, we had to wait a while to get our room ready for the checkin. The room had insects in the bed and the breakfast was not really good.

Very friendly staff that also spoke English. Good breakfast included in room rate. Very clean rooms and beautiful garden courtyard

All was perfect.
