Nao tive oportunidade de usufruir

Do atendimento do colaborador, a reserva foi feita para uso por um período curto, era so para um banho, ele foi irredutível em liberar fora do horário de check-in,era para entrar e sair, nao deu opção de uso, única foi cancelar a hospedagem, precisa pensar nesse tipo de usuário, que usa pq chega de viagem e logo sai
