Excelente custo benefício. O local é muito silencioso mesmo, como os outros avaliadores relataram. Quase não se ouve carros nem motos, nem vizinhos barulhentos nem cachorro latindo. Equipe simpática. Acomodação simples mas confortável, ar condicionado, frigobar. Quando retornar a Maringá sem dúvida me hospedarei novamente
