Staff were kind when there

No reception and only a phone number to call that always had answering machine on. We told them we would arrive late the first night and when we arrived (23.30) there was no one there and they kept us waiting almost one hour in the middle of the night. Not a good start. The main entrance door slams as the mechanism is faulty and the whole hotel shakes every time someone leaves or comes in. This is bad especially at night. In general the whole sound insulation system is not existent and any little noise in the corridors is amplified powerfully. The toilet in my room was terribly smelly and I had to ask to change my room (they did not offer this).
