We had an excellent stay at the Grasshopper Inn in Ogunquit! The inn itself and our room were modern, beautifully updated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved having a private balcony to relax on after a day at the beach. The continental breakfast was simple but tasty, and we really appreciated the option to have eggs made to order—it was a nice touch. A special shoutout to Gloria, who went above and beyond for us. When we mentioned needing a cooler for the beach, she generously let us borrow her own personal cooler bag. That level of kindness and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Overall, we loved everything about the Grasshopper Inn and can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Ogunquit! Highly recommend.

My mother and I took my aunt, who LOVES Ogunquit, out for the night to celebrate her retirement. We wanted a special place to stay that felt elevated yet comfortable and the Grasshopper Inn did not disappoint. It’s located about 0.5 mi from the center and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Mark, the manager, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. He made us feel so welcomed and ensured we were equipped with everything we needed to maximize our experience. The room, and truly the entire Inn, was very clean with a modern aesthetic- but not sterile feeling, more charming. Our room had access to a small patio and the front terrace through our front door. The amenities were quality and the staff was top notch. Would highly recommend to others and look forward to another opportunity to stay.

It was our second stay at the Grasshopper Inn. The staff are always so friendly and kind. My family and I love the spacious rooms and cleanliness. We love the breakfast and service. The Inn was clean, modern, and nicely appointed, with a brand new feel. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade bread, eggs to order and other offerings. We appreciated the high quality beach equipment for rent. The proprietor was delightful. Overall an A+ experience.

Perfect location, walking distance to town (where you really don’t want to bring your car because of the crazy traffic). Clean and fresh. Could use a few more extras like bathrobes, q-tips, lotion etc. The included breakfast was great. Check-out time 10 am obnoxious, especially with the offer to purchase a parking spot for $50 if you wanted to stay past 10.

This is the perfect Inn if you're looking for a charming, quiet getaway that is walking distance to downtown, the beachs, and more in Ogunquit!

Grasshopper Inn is located about a half mile from center of town. Walk to beach is just a little further. Rooms were very new and large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and went out of way to help. Kitchen is staffed in morning. Breakfast is cooked to order. Cakes are freshly baked. Comfortable dining room. Nice grounds for getting out of the room to have a snack, read, etc.

This place is an absolute gem! The staff is so welcoming, kind and caring. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well decorated. It felt like home! There is a personal touch in every aspect of the experience. Even breakfast is made to order and there are home baked goods made by 3 lovely chefs!! Wish we could stay the whole summer!
