Atendimento, simpatia, disponibilidade. A localização é excelente. Eu amo o Guaraú e a praia do Arpoador, então pra mim a localização é excelente.

Poderiam melhorar a cama. Achei um pouco dura. A pressão do chuveiro também traz algum desconforto, mas nada que estrague a experiência.
