Localização é ótima, bem perto do centro. Para quem vai de moto o estacionamento é muito bom.

Barulhos dos vizinhos, da para ouvir tudo dos vizinhos dos lados e do andar de cima. Os vizinhos da frente estavam fazendo uma festa no quarto.
